Dr. Norrashidah mempunyai pengalaman selama 23 tahun sebagai seorang doktor dan merupakan Perunding Kanan Pediatrik (Pernafasan) & Ketua Jabatan Pediatrik dan juga bagi MOH THIS Core Team bagi Hospital Serdang.
Beliau telah menamatkan pengajian dari Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia dengan seterusnya memperoleh Master Degree iaitu M. Med(Pediatrik). Beliau telah mengikuti kursus Respiratory Fellowship di Sydney Children’s Hospital, University New South Wales, Australia.
