What are wet dreams?

Oops! I am wet again! These are normal. Do not try to stop your body’s natural response.

  • These are also called nocturnal orgasm or sleep orgasm
  • It occurs during sleep in boys
  • It is a normal occurrence in boys
  • It is a sexual arousal to the point of orgasm in sleep
  • This sexual arousal can also happen in girls while asleep
  • Most wet dreams occur during the teenage years in boys
  • Some wet dreams are not associated with sexual dreams

Why does this happen?

  • Boys have their penises extending out of their bodies
  • This extension causes it to be stimulated unconsciously against sheets and bed
  • When boys wake up they find semen as evidence
  • The male sex hormones are known to cause sleep orgasms in humans

What is it like to have a wet dream?

  • You will wake up in the morning feeling wet
  • Your bed sheet will also be wet
  • Semen has a milky and creamy appearance
  • Do not feel ashamed.
  • This is a normal growing stage for you
  • Welcome to manhood!
