Money And Life Quality

In Malaysia, Quality of life can be describe as, included self-development, healthy lifestyle, achievement and freedom in getting knowledge and achieving great life status by excessing the needs and individual psychology for achieving social prosperous due to National ambition.

INTRODUCTION

Nowadays, people are complaining and stressed when their needs are not accomplish because the rising of living cost.  Plus, the salary that they are receiving is not worth compare to their workloads. Therefore, they have to work out a fantastic backup plans to accommodate their life to fulfil the needs such as by working extra times and jobs to earn extra money.

Quality of Life is an internationally validated framework developed by Dr. Robert Schalock. In this framework is represented by eight domains that provide an indication of an individual’s quality of life in three broad areas.

Every people have their own perspective on definition of quality life, so it is depends on them because they have their own goals and objectives of life. As for simple example, there is a family who is always quarrelling because of money, so the best solution of this family is planning on working extra times and jobs to earn extra moneys.

Money is so powerful which are money can help people to improve quality of life and also destroy it if we are wrong in calculation in balancing life. Therefore, in gaining a perfect quality life, the leader of a family shall know the objective of life so that they know how to balance between working time and family time. This is because both of it are important aspect in having happiness.

WAYS FOR IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE

  1. Think about life and way to improve it
  2. Get a quality sleep
  3. Exercise
  4. Identify negative thing that influence about life and do some changes
  5. Build an objective that can achieve
  6. Try to accept the unexpected thing and try to focus
  7. Out from comfort zone
