What are deviant sexual behaviours?
- Sexual behaviours that are generally not socially acceptable and are frowned upon by most religions and cultures.
- Sexual behaviours that are not accepted as normal, such as:
- Incest
- Having sex in public
- Group sex
- Gay / lesbian / bisexual sexual intercourse
- Paraphillias – Sexual satisfaction only through unusual ways.Examples of Paraphillias:
When to seek help?
You should seek help if :
- You have become a victim of any deviant sexual behaviours.
- You have tendencies towards any of these abnormal sexual behaviours.
- You know of someone who needs help.
- You have been harassed by someone who has this tendency.
Whom and where to seek help from?
The first step is to open up and tell someone whom you trust.
