Methylphenidate

Introduction

Methylphenidate is a stimulants that activate, enhance, or increase activity of the central nervous system.

In recent years there are reports of methylphenidate abused by some people for its stimulant properties such as appetite suppression, wakefulness, increased focus/attentiveness, and euphoria.

Some abusers may have the complications if they dissolve the tablets in water and inject the mixture into themselves because insoluble fillers in the tablets can block small blood vessels.
